Totême was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling, Swedish blogger and fashion journalist, with her husband Karl Lindman. Based in Stockholm, the label explores the appeal of a modern uniform through distinct design cues, meticulous craftsmanship, and methodic repetition. Pieces are subtly refined and tweaked over time for a well-curated wardrobe that transcends trends.
Totême’s signature shirt cut from a crisp organic cotton poplin fabric. It’s designed for a slightly oversized fit and shaped to a wide silhouette with a point collar, a front mother of pearl button fastening, buttoned cuffs, and a curved hem that is longer at the back. The shirt is finished with an in-tone embroidered monogram at the front.
