Patricia works with fabrics from prestigious luxury houses including Rochas, Dries Van Noten, Oscar de la Renta, and more to create beautiful, and often one-of-a-kind, looks for day and evening. Her pedigree, too, is right up our alley, having worked in the design studios of Gabriela Hearst, Brock, Rose Assoulin, and Altuzarra.
