B Sides was founded by longtime friends and fashion industry veterans Claire Lampert and Stacy Daily who began collecting antique denim as founders of the curated-vintage boutique Where I Was From. They started producing their own denim in 2017 and sourcing from family-owned mills in Georgia and North Carolina that have provided workwear textiles to farm supply stores since the 19th century. The denim is pleasingly weighty yet comfortable to wear.
The Denim Shirt Jacket is a cropped silhouette crafted from Italian-milled cotton denim twill and hand sewn in Los Angeles. Designed with a concealed placket punctuated by metal snap closures, it offers a clean, refined take on classic denim outerwear. Structured yet effortless, its cropped proportions make it an easy layering piece for everyday wear.
